Airport to Hotel Transportation
The hotel is approximately 10 minutes by car from Ponta Delgada Airport. For your convenience, we recommend the Brumas e Cenários transfer service, which can be booked in advance. Alternatively, taxis are available at the airport, or you may use car rental services. For car rentals, we recommend our partner Autatlantis, and you can use the promo code ‘senhoradarosa’ to receive special rates. If you require assistance arranging transportation, the Senhora da Rosa team will be happy to help.
Check-in and Reception
Check-in is available starting at 2:00pm
.If your room is not yet ready upon arrival, you may store your luggage at the front desk and begin enjoying the facilities: sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation area, plunge pool in the Pineapple Greenhouse, as well as the Bar and Magma Restaurant. Showers are also available at Musgo SPA, allowing you to refresh and relax while waiting for your room.
The reception is open daily from 7:00am to 12:00am. After this time, security staff are available for any assistance.
